Rinee Shah is an advertising art director and illustrator based out of San Francisco. For the last decade, her work has spanned multiple mediums that appeal to a wide range of audiences, from directing music videos for indie rock bands to creating mobile apps for brands like Lego, Kodak and eBay.

Her last illustration project The Made-Up Words Project, a visual dictionary of made-up words, garnered press attention around the world from Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, Mashable, & Flavorwire. A book version of the project is now available.

Her animation work has played in film festivals around the country and has been prominently featured on Pitchfork, Stereogum and Fader Magazine.

She is also a writer for SF-based sketch comedy group Killing My Lobster.

Her illustration is represented by Friend & Johnson and her clients include Fendi, Lenny Letter, Kleenex, Oreo, Fitbit, Fig Newtons, Women's Running Magazine, IDEO, Simon & Schuster and The Melt.
