Rinee Shah is an advertising art director and illustrator based out of Brooklyn. For the last decade, her work has spanned multiple mediums that appeal to a wide range of audiences, from directing music videos for indie rock bands to creating mobile apps for brands like Lego, Kodak and eBay.

Her book The Made-Up Words Project, a visual dictionary of made-up words, garnered press attention around the world from Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, Mashable, & Flavorwire. 

Her animation work has played in film festivals around the country and has been prominently featured on Pitchfork, Stereogum and Fader Magazine.

She is also a writer for SF's premiere sketch comedy group Killing My Lobster, which Comedy Central once called "an orgy of comic genius."

Her illustration is represented by Friend & Johnson and her clients include Apple, The New York Times,  Fendi, Lenny Letter, Oprah Magazine, Kleenex, Oreo, Fitbit, Fig Newtons, Women's Running Magazine, IDEO, Simon & Schuster and The Melt.
